Guru stotra
अखण्डमण्डलाकारं व्याप्तं येन चराचरम्। तत्पदं दर्शितं येन तस्मै श्रीगुरवे नमः॥
This companion guru verse praises the teacher as the revealer of the all-pervading reality that supports the moving and unmoving universe.

Reflection verse
ध्यानमूलं गुरोर्मूर्ति: पूजामूलं गुरोः पदम्। मन्त्रमूलं गुरोर्वाक्यं मोक्षमूलं गुरोः कृपा॥
This reflection verse is often used to remember the guru as the root of meditation, worship, mantra-understanding, and liberating grace.
